General Terms & Conditions

By using MR 47 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms at the time of registration or before playing, please refrain from using the Platform.

MR 47 is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. Our platform serves players from Bangladesh and around the world. However, online gaming is prohibited or restricted in certain countries and regions — players from those areas are not permitted to use MR 47.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MR 47. All users are responsible for complying with the rules set out here. MR 47 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if a violation is found.

Account Registration & Verification

When registering an account with MR 47, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating an account using false details is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any funds may be forfeited. Creating more than one account using the same device, IP address, or payment method is not allowed.

MR 47 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or in certain other situations. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to play on MR 47. Allowing minors to use the gaming platform is strictly against MR 47's policy. If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

MR 47 officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not permitted to open accounts on the Platform. Employees of software partners and game providers are also subject to this restriction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your country or region. MR 47 does not provide legal advice, and compliance with local laws rests entirely with the user.

Payments & Financial Transactions

MR 47 accepts a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash. This is an international standard for anti-money laundering compliance.

MR 47 will confirm account verification before approving any withdrawal request. If KYC has not been completed, your withdrawal may be held. To speed up the process, make sure all your profile information is up to date in advance.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods may result in legal action.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

MR 47 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements.

Wagering requirement means you must place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw your bonus funds. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you will need to wager BDT 20,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Each person is entitled to a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balance and real money will be displayed separately.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Game & Betting Rules

All games on MR 47 are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every outcome is completely random and impartial — no one can predict or manipulate results in advance.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, MR 47 will review the game logs and provide an appropriate resolution. In cases of network-related disconnections, the game can typically be resumed from the last saved state.

Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the event is cancelled under exceptional circumstances. In Live Betting, odds may change at any time.

• Using bots or automated software to play is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any game vulnerability or bug is a breach of these terms.
• If you notice anything unusual during a game, contact support immediately.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Suspension or Closure

MR 47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — terms violations, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, providing false information, or creating multiple accounts.

You may request to close your account at any time. Simply email support and make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• Winnings from accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining balance will be refunded.
• You may appeal an account closure decision by contacting support.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

MR 47 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any significant changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
